Experience and skills required vary based on the location and the projects. Project Management :
Positions are available for interested persons who can show at least 5 years of progressively responsible activity as a Project Manager in a commercial construction environment.
Our company utilizes various computer-based tools in this position. Computer literacy is a must. Experience in Windows, MS Excel, ProLog, MS Word are a plus. Working knowledge of a CPM based scheduling approach is a must. Experience with computer aided scheduling system is an asset.
We provide negotiable compensation commensurate with experience, as well as various benefits which include health and dental coverage, 401(k), 125 Cafeteria Plan, company vehicle.

Field Superintendents :
Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Project Superintendent in a commercial construction environment.
Hotel and hospitality experience is an asset.
