The project in its final state has a beautiful and intricate system of finishes which are ?world class" by any standard. However, these finishes were not provided in their essentially complete form until the last five months of the project. Recognizing the difficulty which this circumstance presented to the project and it?s subcontractors, Killian Construction assigned personnel whose sole task was to "assist" the various designers in moving this process forward to fruition. This commitment, in and of itself, had a significant impact upon the successful and timely completion of the project.
