Description: KCC Contractor, Inc. is currently building and renovating new computer data centers for Jack Henry and Associates of Monett, Missouri which provide an integrated software for the banking industry that tracks bank's customer accounts, Jack Henry projects are currently underway in Monett, MO, with completions in Denver, CO; Lenexa, KS; Miami, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; Houston, TX and Sun Valley, CA.
KCC began renovation on the 50,000 sf Jack Henry & Associates building in Birmingham, Alabama in mid October. The work entailed gutting the 3 story building that was the previous headquarters for Just for Feet. New walls, offices, and additional classroom space was renovated and in some cases added. New mechanical systems, wall and ceiling finishes are being installed. The construction team has done an exceptional job of tracking and implementing many changes and completing another successful building to its Owner in the scheduled time.
Project is scheduled for completion in February 2003.
