Description: The Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center is an impressive addition of approximately 283,000 square feet to the skyline of Albuquerque. Business interests will appreciate the large convention center space as well as the easy access to adjacent parking areas. The structure of the building is post-tensioned concrete components, cast in place concrete and structural steel, with exteriors of synthetic exterior stucco covering.
This nine-story facility located on the Interstate 25 corridor on Woodward Place will accommodate 261 rooms including a presidential suite, boardroom suites, and hospitality suites. Structure will include an indoor pool as well as an indoor water feature, three architectural skylights crown the atrium, which may be viewed from any of the full height glass observation elevators. The first floor will have an in-house gift shop, sports bar and an outdoor seating area with a large adobe fireplace.
