This 150-unit All Suites Hotel project for John Q. Hammons Hotels located at the corner of International Blvd. and West Montague Ave. in North Charleston, South Carolina. The project consists of a four story metal framed structure containing the guest suites and all associated support facilities for this type of hotel. Structure shall include lobby/dining area, meeting rooms, food service areas, exercise area, outdoor pool with whirlpool and sports court, laundry, administrative, mechanical/electrical areas, maintenance, employee areas, and other back of house areas.
