Description: The Embassy Suites Hotel is an impressive addition of approximately 280,000 square feet. Business interests will appreciate the large adjacent convention center space as well as the easy access to convenient parking areas. The structure of the building is post-tensioned concrete components, cast in place concrete and structural steel, with exteriors of synthetic exterior stucco covering.
This twelve-story facility located on Interstate 70 and Fairgrounds Road will accommodate 300 rooms including presidential suites, boardroom suites, and hospitality suites. Structure will include an indoor pool as well as an indoor multi-level water feature, an architectural skylight crowns the atrium, which may be viewed from any of the full height glass observation elevators. The first floor will have an in-house gift shop, atrium bar and a lounge area adjacent to the water feature.
