waterfront on Lake Taneycomo in downtown Branson, Missouri. Shall include 350' waterfront condominiums, 500,000 sq. ft. of retail shops, dining, recreation, entertainment, and relaxation all in one venue. Additionally, there will be a 200,000 sq. ft. convention center, a marina, boardwalk, and a 110-room boutique hotel.
