Description: The new 13,426 square foot spa facility is to be located just off of the southwest corner of the existing Chateau on the Lake Hotel. The stand alone two story structure is metal stud framed construction with cultured stone and EIFS exterior, aluminum clad windows and standing seam metal roofing. The facility features an interior whirlpool spa and an enclosed exterior whirlpool spa that facilitates a 5? water fall for guest to enjoy; Additional amenities include: Steam Rooms and Saunas; Private Rooms for Facials, Manicures, and Pedicures, as well as Private and Co-ed Rooms for Massages; a Hair Salon, Full Locker Rooms, Two Lounge Areas and a Yoga/Pilates Studio.
