Description: This luxury hotel is physically linked to the Glendale Conference Center and Media Centers. The project consists of an 11 story, 320 room hotel with many amenities that will incorporate a two story upscale spa with indoor and outdoor treatment areas, "adults only" exterior retreat where they can escape the kids and enjoy 2 hot tubs, wading pool, lap pool, and many body treatments similar to services offered in Las Vegas style hotels. Concrete for this fast moving project is typically poured during the wee hours of the morning to avoid the mid-day sun. The structure is scheduled to be topped out in Mid October 2006 after starting only 7 months earlier. Reserve your room for the August 2007 opening.
