Description: These facilities are walking distance from the Phoenix Coyote's National Hockey League Arena and the newly opened NFL Arizona Cardinal's stadium. The 80,000 sq. ft. of convention space and a 940 stall parking garage will provide yet another reason for the public to flock to the west side of Phoenix. The 65,000 sq. ft. Media Center will not only be home to Glendale?s local access TV station but will provide studios, offices, and special event space to be utilized by the national media during future Super Bowls, National Championship games, and the Fiesta Bowl. Foundations for these sizable projects began in April 2006 and will turned over to the Owner by December 1, 2006. That?s a tall order in this tight labor market
