Description: Seven-story atrium hotel featuring 224 rooms,?
including three hospitality suites and a presidential suite. There is a
5,500-sq. ft. convention center, an atrium bar, an executive center, gift
shop, two executive boardrooms. There are two indoor? waterscapes,
outdoor fountain, two glass observation elevators, and a climate controlled
connecting corridor to the Kansas Expo Center. The hotel is a cast-in- place
concrete, post-tension slab structure with an EIFS and masonry stone fa?ade.
The total square footage for the structure is 193,000 and is located
on a six-acre site near downtown Topeka, Kansas.
