The Hotel and Conference Center combined together provide for a total of 346,575 square feet, and the Hotel stands 9 stories tall. The Hotel consists of 300 guestrooms, with a restaurant, lounge, spa and indoor pool areas. The Conference Center hosts ballrooms, junior ballrooms, and meeting rooms. The interior of the Hotel will include an ?open feel? with a massive skylight, open atrium, and a large water feature.
