Description: The O'Reilly Distribution Center will be the conversion of an existing 220,000 plus square foot empty warehouse located in Aurora, Colorado. The work consists of structural reinforcement to the existing bar joist to support the owner’s conveyor system. Completion of a one story office space inside the existing warehouse consisting of offices, the main computer room, employee training and dining area. Installation of remote office spaces at various other function areas for the facility. We will be installing the mechanical, electrical and fire protection requirements for the owners racking and conveyor systems. There will be other improvements to loading dock areas and some modifications to the existing parking lot area. We will be installing a new main electrical distribution system to power the additional loads added to the project with an emergency back up generator system. A new fire pump will be installed to cover the upgraded coverage area. Estimated completion is set for Spring 2010.
