Description: A new six-story hotel project is underway in Chandler, AZ. This dual-branded project consists of both a Fairfield Inn & Suites and a Courtyard by Marriott. Normal services and facilities of each brand are to be housed in the same building. The project is located at 1100 South Price Road in Chandler, AZ. Its 141,000 square feet of new construction, includes 260 guestrooms. The building incorporates a pre-engineered metal stud and elevated concrete frame, which is a very progressive and cost-effective method of construction.
