Description: The Cox Health project involves a new ground-up Medical Office Building (MOB) of approximately 62,000 SF. The MOB consists of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) occupying 17,000 SF on the first floor and finished out medical office space of 36,000 SF. The remaining 9,000 SF consists of common areas.
The facility is located on the Cox Health South campus at 960 E. Walnut Lawn St. in Springfield, MO. The project also includes the ?off-site? storm water drainage piping required by the City of Springfield.
The Killian Group has joint ventured on this project with The Beck Group out of Dallas, TX, whom are a Design-Build firm. The project construction began in November 2008 and will complete in November 2009.
