Description: Marriott Vacation Clubs new sales office will service
their time share operation which is a new venue for Marriott. The sales center building
is two stories and approximately 17,500 SF and carries the theme of a turn
of the century saw mill.? Surrounding landscaping is extensive and a waterfall
is the highlighted feature. Building is structural steel, with
wood framing, "themed" siding and battens on the exterior, and several
high end specialty finishes on the floor and walls to carry the theme inside.
