Description: This Jack Henry & Associates project is located north of the municipal airport, near the intersection of highways 163 and 274 in San Diego, California. This project consists of interior & exterior improvements for the two story buildings known as Building B & C. Interior improvements for Buildings
B & C, combining for a total 93,000 square feet, include construction of new offices, training rooms, rest rooms, conference rooms & break rooms and the installation of a new 2-stop elevator in Building C. The exterior improvements include re-roofing of Building B and the high roof of Building C and construction of
a 3-level, 609 parking space parking facility complete with 3-stop elevator.
Project is scheduled to be complete in July 2004.
