 Belle Island Village
Belle Island Village is the development of a 20 acre island created by a split in the Little Pigeon River in downtown Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
The project includes Debbie Reynolds's "Hollywood Motion Picture Museum", Darryl Waltrip's "Darryl Waltrip Racing Experience", Knoxville Zoo's "Otter Cove", retail shops, restaurants, lodging, live entertainment venues and kiddy rides.

 Embassy Suites Hotel & Convention Center

Architect: Pellham-Phillips Description: The La Vista Embassy Suites and Conference Center is located in South West Omaha, at the Intersection of I80 and 126th Street. There is approximately 248,755 sq feet of floor space with 257 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, an indoor pool and spa and several meeting rooms. The rooms include a presidential suite on the seventh floor and hospitality suites located throughout.
The Hotel is a seven story post tension concrete structure with a glass, brick and stucco exterior. The interior will include three water features with the largest located in the atrium, which will be an abundance of foliage capped off with a skylight.
The Conference Center is located just west of the Hotel, with second floor access, and will provide an additional 78,926 sq feet of meeting space.

Architect: Butler-Rosenbury & Partners Description: The Loveland Embassy Suites and Conference Center is located on the east side of Loveland, at the Intersection of I-25 and Crossroads Boulevard. There is approximately 311,189 sq feet of floor space with 263 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, an indoor pool and spa and conference center. The rooms include a presidential suite on the eighth floor and hospitality suites located on the second floor. The Hotel is an eight story post tension concrete structure with a glass, masonry, stone and stucco exterior. The interior will include a water feature located in the atrium, which will have an abundance of foliage and capped off with a skylight. The Conference Center is located adjacent to the Hotel, with ground floor access, and will provide 36,270 sq feet of meeting space.

 Fire Rock Casino
Owner: Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise
Location: Church Rock, NM
Architect: JCJ Architecture Description: KCC Contractor, Inc. has been selected by the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise as Construction Manager for the Church Rock Casino just East of Gallup, NM. The project includes 41,000 square feet of tensioned fabric building containing gaming space and restaurant facilities along with a 2 story, 23,000 square foot steel structure providing administrative support areas.
The project is being constructed on a fast track basis with completion planned for Fall 2008.
