Description: KCC Contractor, Inc. has been selected by the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise as Construction Manager for the Church Rock Casino just East of Gallup, NM. The project includes 41,000 square feet of tensioned fabric building containing gaming space and restaurant facilities along with a 2 story, 23,000 square foot steel structure providing administrative support areas.
The project is being constructed on a fast track basis with completion planned for Fall 2008.

Fairfield Inn & Suites - Courtyard by Marriott

Description: A new six-story hotel project is underway in Chandler, AZ. This dual-branded project consists of both a Fairfield Inn & Suites and a Courtyard by Marriott. Normal services and facilities of each brand are to be housed in the same building. The project is located at 1100 South Price Road in Chandler, AZ. Its 141,000 square feet of new construction, includes 260 guestrooms. The building incorporates a pre-engineered metal stud and elevated concrete frame, which is a very progressive and cost-effective method of construction. However, it provides all of the quality and durability desired for this structure. Stay tuned for progress photos and updates.
