With its Excellence in Construction Awards, ABC recognizes outstanding construction projects based on a variety of factors, including workmanship and innovation. Killian received Diamond level status for the 2021 Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) through Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
STEP is a safety management system that improves safety performance and helps reduce job site incidents. Participating companies measure their safety processes using 25 key components and submit incident rate (TRIR) documentation. Based on this information, companies receive Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond recognition. Diamond is the highest level of recognition.
